Kristin Giaquinta Schoen

Kristin Giaquinta Schoen is a registered nurse and a licensed attorney in the state of Texas.  Kristin combines her nursing and legal expertise to assist in highly specialized areas of litigation, and she currently serves to Hotze Runkle PLLC. Kristin started her career as a registered nurse in critical care at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, and she continued to work at nationally recognized hospitals across the country as a traveling nurse before attending law school. As a licensed attorney, Kristin has extensive experience in many areas of practice, including medical malpractice, pharmaceutical and medical device liability, personal injury and nursing home negligence. Kristin has successfully represented hundreds of clients, and played an integral role in multi-million dollar mediation and settlement negotiations.
