Justin E. Dunlap
Justin’s legal experience includes all aspects of complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis on pharmaceutical and medical device litigation. Prior to joining Hotze Runkle PLLC, Justin was an Assistant Attorney General with the Office of the Attorney General of Texas. During his eight years as an Assistant Attorney General Justin played an integral role in several multi-million dollar settlements with large pharmaceutical companies and medical practices. Before that, Justin was a Lieutenant in the United States Navy’s Judge Advocate General’s Corps. Justin was stationed in Washington DC and served for two years as a criminal prosecutor and two years as a criminal appellate lawyer representing the United States government. During his military service Justin was lead counsel on multiple jury trials and presented numerous oral arguments before both the Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces and the United States Navy-Marine Corps Court of Criminal Appeals.
